EPA Ireland Ltd. are providers of Energy Performance Certificates. Our fully qualified team of assessors offer a professional energy assessment service to the domestic and commercial sectors; as well as providing Display Energy Certificates (DECs) to public sector organisations.

Our services can be accessed directly by the public or through estate agents and solicitors. The Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations NI (2008) introduced requirements that an Energy Performance Certificate should be made available to the owner, or to the prospective buyer, or tenant; when a building is constructed, sold or rented out; and that air conditioning systems should be regularly inspected. Implementation of the regulations will be phased commencing June 08.
